The city government has approved in principle to build a resettlement house for households at 97 Kha Van Can Street in Hiep Binh Chanh Ward of Thu Duc District.

The District 1 Housing Management Company is assigned to become the project’s investor. They will build in the rest of the plot at 7/4A Kha Van Can Street in Linh Dong Ward.

The Department of Construction will collaborate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Finance and the Thu Duc District People’s Committee to have a meeting with the District 1 Housing Management Company to unify investment principles, progress and re-purchase all house funds. They have to plan to balance the house fund to serve resettlement in the Tan Son Nhat-Binh Loi-Outside Belt and major projects in Thu Duc District.
