The city authorities have assigned functional agencies to deploy a plan to improve and re-build corrupt apartments and build social houses.

The Department of Construction is assigned to report the current situation of corrupt apartments and the plan of old apartments. It must also define and quantify apartments and flats for the plan. They will have a meeting with the House and the Urban Development Investment Funds to use mobilization capital for the program.

The district People’s Committees must build plans to treat corrupt apartments through 2010 and set up the apartment’s Management Board to guarantee operation. They must also carry out the initiative for residential area renovation and upgrade projects.

The Department of Construction is assigned to report on the overall program of building social houses, especially in social and workers houses. They will build the implementation plan initiative through 2010.
