The Ministry of Construction has allowed the Centre for Quality Measurement and Standards No.3 to set up a laboratory to test construction quality.

The laboratory will be built to Vietnamese and international standards. It will offer all services related to construction quality, such as construction supervision, observation, environmental surveying, quality testing and evaluation, etc.

The laboratory will recruit experienced experts and cooperate with partners from South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Europe and ASEAN.
