HCM City's Dat Xanh Real Estate and Construction Company next month will start the Thien Quy housing project in District 12 for low and middle-income earners. The project, with investment capital totalling VND157 billion (US$9.5 million), will have 216 apartments with floor areas ranging between 50sq.m and 110sq.m.

The joint venture between Vietnam's Hoa Lam Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and Singapore's Shangrila Healthcare Investment Pte Ltd. will start works on a 37-hectare healthcare center in HCMC's Tan Binh District on Thursday, Thanh Nien reports. The project worth US$400 million will be a high-tech complex of hospitals, a healthcare club, a three-star hotel and an international primary school.
